Eligibility

User Submissions & Quote Requests

If you submit information (e.g., quote forms, inquiries, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it for providing services, improving the Site, and marketing (anonymized where possible). You represent your submissions are accurate, not infringing, and you have rights to share them. We may use aggregated/anonymized data for analytics.

Disclaimers & No Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Information on dietary supplements is for general purposes only—not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional before use. We make no representations about supplement efficacy, safety, or compliance beyond our GMP-compliant processes. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Laboratories, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Site use, even if advised of the possibility. Total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (whichever is greater). Some jurisdictions limit exclusions—yours may apply.

Indemnification

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Jefferson County, Colorado. You waive any objection to venue or inconvenience of forum. No class actions—disputes must be individual.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms (with Privacy Policy) constitute the full agreement.
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect others.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce does not waive rights.
• Assignment: We may assign these Terms—you may not without consent.
